- He had exhibitions in Mexico, Italy and other European nations.
- He studied art and graduated from the "Facutar Popular de Bellas Arte, University of Michoacan.
- Diego was part of a group of artists from Patzcuaro, Mexico, who work together in "Taller Tacanche" meaning Possum.
- Sadly, Diego passed away in November 2020
