Josefina Aguilar has been creating "little bits of clay" since she was 6 year old. She was taught and mentored by her mother and grand mother, guiding her development as she reached international acclaim in her 20's. Now a national treasure along with her talented sisters working on their own styles, she has created a wide variety of work, displayed in museums, desired by collectors, she works in the family compound in Ocotlan de Morelos in the Sate of Oaxaca.
