  • Pulque is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented sap of the maguey (agave) plant. It is traditional to central Mexico, where it has been produced for millennia.

  • Najaco are made Tonalá, Jalisco.  In 1992, the family was looking for a way to depict Mexican people doing daily chores (especially women) while in their typical outfits.
